Review | Longchamp Le Pliage Large Shopper

               Hiya!
So it was my 18th birthday not too long ago at the end of April and my mum very kindly got me the Longchamp Le Pliage Large Shopper in Pink as part of my present. I had been eyeing this bag for quite some time and after finally owning one I now see why everyone and their mother has one.

These bags are a little pricey with this one being £68, but since using it almost everyday since getting it I can honestly say they are worth every penny. I chose this amazing bright pink colour which is a lot brighter in person, but I thought this was the perfect colour for the Spring/Summer time. The bag itself is made form nylon which makes it easy to clean, also super lightweight so it doesn't break your arm after wearing it all day. It can hold a change of clothing easily along with all the other crap I carry in my bag which makes it incredible useful. However if you prefer bags with various compartments or pockets this may not be for you since the bag has one large section with only one small pocket. The handles are made from beautiful leather which is amazing quality and very sturdy. Another reason why this bag is so popular is the fact it can be easily folded and stored making it perfect for travel!
If you're considering purchasing a Longchamp Le Pliage I say go for it - you definitely won't regret it!

What do you think about Longchamp Le Pliage bags?
Hope you guys enjoyed!

What's In My Bag?

               Hiya!
I thought today I'd be so very typical and do a what's in my bag post! I featured this bag in my AHS Inspired Outfit post a few weeks ago, I picked it up not too long ago but since then I've been in love with it.
The bag itself is from Urban Outfitters and was exactly what I was looking for in a great everyday bag! It's entirely black with gold hardware, also has short handles and an attachable longer strap to wear cross body.
The first thing I keep in my bag is of course my purse. This one was just a cheap one I picked up from Internacionale a few years back and I actually really love it, I love big, wallet style purses.

This is just a small makeup bag from Primark I use to carry a few items in case of touch ups, it has an oil like coating which is great in case something were to leak it won't stain my bag! If you would like to see the products I carry in this makeup bag and my bigger full face one, let me know below!
I like to have a small pouch of some sort to put all the little random things you might need into instead of having them floating around the bottom of my bag. Here I have a nail file, plasters, paracetamol, perfume samples, a mini hair brush, mirror, a hair band and hair slides! Wow.
An impulse body spray is a handbag necessity! I also like to have Soap and Glory's handfood in my bag to use after work since my hands have been sooooo dry recently especially as my hands are always in and out of water from washing peoples hair and what not.

Finally some random crap lying at the bottom of my bag; a lollipop I stole from work, a clif bar (which I love!), a penny and a pen.

What are your handbag must haves?
Hop you guys enjoyed!

Charity Fashion Show + What I Got In My Gift Bag

               Hiya!
So last night I attended CT Funding Fashion Show. CT funding puts on events to help a local family pay for cancer treatments that are unfortunately not free on the NHS here in Northern Ireland. So many shops lent out clothing and many others gave prizes to be won at the end of the night which was so great to see! My mum was actually in the show and did such a great job haha! The whole night had such an incredible atmosphere and it was so great doing something worthwhile but still having an amazing time!
Here are some photos of my mum working it on the runway!

Here are some photos of what I wore too.
We also got given a gift bag when we went in and my mum also gave me hers and there were some great stuff in them! There were a few perfume samples which are always handy, a tonne of cards from local businesses (but not all of them are here), body wash, Clarins cleanser, Benefit eye cream and No7 eyeliner! The organisers put so much thought and effort into every aspect, was seriously such a great night.

Have you guys ever attended a fashion show and what did you think of it?
Hope you guys enjoyed!

American Horror Story: Coven | Inspired Outfit

               Hiya!
Like I mentioned in my previous post I wanted to do a post dedicated to American Horror Story: Coven since I loved it so much. I decided on doing an outfit inspired by the show and more so by Madison Montgomery since she was my favourite character. (no surprises there.. hehe) Instead of going for a black dress and white shirt which many of the characters wear I wanted to incorporate something a little bit different and took inspiration from this look in particular.

I really like the little bit of gold from the dress, showing Madison's glamorous and flashy side. And how could you forget some black knee high socks when it comes to a look based of AHS.
Also have to give my new bag a little shout out too, absolutely love it!! Only picked it up yesterday, one of my friends and myself decided on the name Madison for it which makes it rather fitting to be incorporated in this look.

Who's your favourite character from AHS?
Let me know what you guys think about this look and whether or not I should do more!
Hope you guys enjoyed!

Youtuber Style Crush | Alexa Losey

               Hiya!
Honestly I really didn’t know what to write about today.. Exams have apparently turned my mind to mush. So I thought I’d delve into a little list of Youtubers I have floating around and choose someone who I want to share with you guys and I found the amazing Alexa Losey.
Alexa is a Youtuber from California who has incredible style. She honestly has found the perfect balance between the Cali style and high end while throwing some quirky pieces into the mix too. Like her leather jacket with leopard print sleeves, amazing.

Not only does she have such an amazing wardrobe she’s just generally a beautiful person, has anyone else noticed how she looks like Angelina Jolie’s long lost sister? Alexa’s Youtube videos are some of my favourite and if you haven’t I seriously suggest you check her out HERE.

Which Youtubers do you like? Or who's style have you been crushing on lately, Youtuber or not?
Hope you guys enjoyed!

Celebrity Style Crush | Whitney Port

               Hiya!
I thought I would share with you guys another person’s style who I love but never really realise just how much. Whitney Port starred in The Hills before getting her own spin-off show, The City. While on The Hills I always thought she seemed super sweet and had a really cute sense of style but was over shadowed by of course LC. (I’ve actually already done a post on her HERE.) Today I wanted to show Whitney some love and show some of my favourite outfits of hers. Her style is quite casual and comfy, mixing different textures and sometimes prints. She also wears flats mostly day to day as she is a model and crazy tall. (And has crazy long legs, jel.)

What do you think of Whitney's style?
What outfit in this post is your favourite?
Hope you guys enjoyed!

Black on Black on Black || 12 Days of Christmas

               Hiya!
Like I mentioned in my previous post HERE, I don't paritcularly wear a lot of colour and I dont think that's necessarily a bad thing. I wanted to share with you guys how you can wear all black and still look incredibe and make a statement. Sometimes I think people believe to be remembered they need to do something wacky or out of the ordinary to catch people attention but I don't agree at all. I like to look good but still be comfotable in what I'm wearing without feeling like a clown or people are staring for the wrong reasons.

Blake Lively
Vanessa Hudgens            Chloe Grace Moretz            Caroline Flack
                                                                   Millie Mackintosh

When wearing all one colour remember to include different textures to not make it look so boring. Both Millie and Vanessa wear fur which instantely makes the entire outfit more interesting. And Chloe and Blake both wear leather bottoms which acts in the same way, making the outfit make more of a statement. Blake also adds a scarf to one of her looks which adds more texture and layers to the overall look. Caroline shows off her legs and plays it up which slightly sheer sleeves to her playsuit. Chloe also has a beautiful cut out in her top.
It's also nice to see a mixture of casual and dressy, more glamorous outfits by just using the colour black.

Which of the looks is your favourite?
Hope you guys enjoyed!
Love, Julie xx

LoveLaurenElizabeth || 12 Days of Christmas

               Hiya!
A little while ago I wrote a post on the Youtuber SarahBelle93x HERE who’s style I really loved and that’s what I decided to do again today only this time it’s about Lauren Elizabeth’s style.
Lauren is a 20 year old Youtuber (LoveLaurenElizabeth) from Chicago now living in LA. She has a pretty damn successful channel and also works with other channels including Awesomenesstv. Laurens style is such a perfect mix of classic, grungy and slightly boho. Why I find her so relatable is because she doesn’t buy lots of cheap items from places like Forever21 and only wear them once, she has gradually built a wardrobe including lots of pieces that can inter change with each other and make so many different looks and outfits.
One of Lauren's most recent looks and one of my favourites.

As you can tell from the photos she doesn’t wear colour all too often but neither do I and she shows so many different ways to wear all the same colour yet incorporate textures and patterns to make the overall look appealing. If you have never checked out Lauren’s channel here are a few links to some of her best fashion videos in my opinion.

Ps. Also check out Lauren's other videos on depression and bullying as she's also very wise fo her age and has some great advice. She's not only a fashion inspiration to me, shes just an inspirational person in general who I look up to.
Pps. Check out her brother Hudson's channel too, TukieLuth! He makes super funny videos that I promise, won't fail to make you laugh.

What yotuber's style do you loo up to?
Hope you guys enjoyed!
